慢煮工業是一家環境舒適的餐廳，二月去了一次，詳見我以前的食評 #有格調的黃店 ，最近再度拜訪，還是點性格比高的套餐，食物就不再詳細寫，今次主要分享飲品。

The mojito is a simple mixed drink from Cuba that's made of rum, mint, and lime, alcohol and soda water. This cocktail was a great drink for summer - simple, refreshing and summery.

Green apple Gin Tonic

The drink had a beautiful neon-green color with an array of refreshing flavors. This cocktail celebrates fresh green apples, mixing perfectly with gin.
